This is a perfect opportunity for a Sustainability Engineer to significantly develop their career in a well-established, successful and fast growing Sustainability Consultancy. With over 25 years of experience in the field, you will be joining a highly experienced team that will be working on a number of projects across sectors such as; Commercial, Education, Healthcare and Leisure.
The ideal Sustainability Engineer will:
- Have a degree relevant to the field such as Environmental Science or Sustainability
- Have IESVE experience
- Have a strong understand of Building regulations
- Have a positive can do attitude
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities for the Sustaianbility Engineer:
- Support all areas of Energy and Sustainability consultancy
- Assist with the modelling of non-domestic buildings via IES VE
- Assist with energy certificates (EPC, DEC)
- Carry out SAP/SBEM compliance assessments
- Carry out risk of overheating assessments (including TM52, Part O)
- Carry out TM54 assessments
- Carry out daylight assessments
- Prepare Energy & Sustainability Statements and Strategies
- Prepare Decarbonisation assessments
- BREEAM/SKA/DREAM/WELL/Fitwel Assessments
- Embodied Carbon / Net Zero assessments
