My client, a leading company in the biomedical and manufacturing industry, is seeking an experienced Swiss Payroll Specialist to join their team on a contract basis. This role is based in Speke, Liverpool and offers a daily rate of £327.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process Swiss payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Swiss regulations
- Liaise with Swiss tax authorities as needed, utilizing your proficiency in English, French, and German
- Conduct and support Swiss payroll audits, ensuring thorough documentation and adherence to legal standards
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless payroll integration and address any payroll-related issues promptly
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Swiss payroll laws and regulations, implementing necessary updates to payroll processes
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in Swiss payroll management
- Fluent in English, French, and German, with the ability to effectively communicate with Swiss tax authorities
- Proven experience in conducting and managing Swiss payroll audits
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with payroll software and systems used in Swiss payroll processes
