Position: HR Administrator

Location: Home-based with possible visits to client sites in Leeds and surrounding area

Salary: Circa £26,000 FTE, depending on experience

Skills and Qualifications Required:

  • Preferably qualified to CIPD Level 3 or working towards it. Experience within a busy HR function is more relevant.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to represent our client in the best way through your knowledge of HR processes.
  • Presentable, reliable, trustworthy, and able to manage your time effectively through a strong work ethic and work rate.
  • Enjoyment from working as part of a team as well as on your own initiative.
  • Good listening skills to meet client and team requirements.
  • Attention to detail is key.

Essentials:

  • This role requires the role holder to support the HR Business partners with HR admin including contracts, policies, procedures, handbooks, HR audits, preparation of training materials, interview packs, disciplinary support and the administration of HR systems.
  • Strong IT skills are essential with a full working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of HR systems and Monday would be an advantage.
  • Pride in the job is key. This role will support project and client delivery and whilst very hands on it could also be customer facing at times.
  • Potential to earn discretionary bonuses.
