Customer Support Associate responsibilities:
- First point of contact for new and existing customers on the phone and via email
- Complete troubleshooting and escalate where necessary
- Handle customer queries and also be involved in creating content
- Identify patterns and continually look for ways to improve the way the team works
Customer Support Associate requirements:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Graduate or graduate calibre with a strong all round academic record
- Previous customer support experience, gained on the phone and via email
- Experience of previously working for a start-up or a small technology/e-commerce company an advantage
