Assistant Employment Advisor
- Hourly Rate: £15 PAYE / £18.95 Ltd/Umbrella

We are looking for an Assistant Employment Advisor with exceptional administration and organisational skills to support our business team. This role is based within a local authority in Bexleyheath and is focused on managing local vacancies for Bexley employers. The successful candidate will engage directly with residents seeking employment, assisting with employer interviews, workshops, and job clubs.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide face-to-face support to Bexley residents seeking employment.
- Assist with the coordination of employer interviews, workshops, and job clubs.
- Communicate effectively with client advising teams to process candidates for vacancies.
- Arrange interviews and provide assessment and interview feedback.
- Utilise IT skills to accurately record client journey activities and employer contact.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High-level administration and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and employers.
- Strong IT skills for recording and tracking activities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- You will be required to pass a DBS check
- Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
