Air Tightness Technician
My client is a rapidly growing building services company with 20 branches located across England. They provide a complete range of services that cover the entire lifespan of a project, starting from the initial concept to its completion. Requirements:
- A valid driving licence.
- Commercial awareness of Building Regulation and the Construction Industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good numerical aptitude.
- Up-to-date knowledge of IT software packages.
- Working knowledge of test regulations and guidelines such as BS EN 13829, TSL1, and TSL2.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collating and analysing data during testing and drafting reports.
- Consulting with on-site stakeholders.
- Planning and designing test methodologies.
- Providing remedial recommendations when tests fail.
- Transporting equipment between the laboratory and the test site.
