My client, a FMCG business, are a leader in their field, offering a vibrant and supportive environment where your contributions are valued and rewarded. Operate a hybrid working model, 2 days in the office and also open to candidates seeking part time (4 days per week).

Your New RoleAs a Reward Advisor, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing reward strategies that attract, motivate, and retain top talent. Your expertise will ensure that their compensation and benefits offerings are competitive and aligned with the company's organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the People Operations Manager to review and improve the benefits offering
  • Support the administration of key annual processes linked to reward including salary review, bonus processing and flexible holiday schemes as well as colleague communications linked to these key areas
  • First point of contact for queries related to reward, benefits and compensation
  • Responsible for the administration of key reward and recognition processes including long service as well as the management and improvement of the benefits portal, Perkbox
  • Support the administration of and liase with the relevant external providers
