Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Venn Group are currently working with a Large NHS organisation, who are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis.
Duties will include:
- Assist with workforce oversight / subcontractor deployment & time keeping
- Working with main contractors
- Meet with subcontractors throughout the works
- Weekly reports / cost forecast
- Agree final accounts
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Proven experience within a construction background
- Desirable to have worked on NHS projects
