Our Established Independent Estate agency client based in Wanstead East London are looking for an experienced Lettings & Property Management Administrator on a (Part-time) basis.
The successful applicant: will help service a small portfolio of properties and carry out some Lettings and Property management administration duties, therefore, they must be able to manage their own workload, keep on top of any issues and prioritise jobs as necessary. Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
- Implement procedures.
- Have the ability to demonstrate a track record of managing some rental properties
- Be fully conversant with current regulation/ legislation and processes surrounding Property Management
- Producing tenancy agreements
- EPC's & Gas Safety Certificates
- Referring business across departments to maximise business opportunities.
- Striving to exceed customer expectations
- Handling complaints and providing solutions
- Maintaining policies and procedures in accordance with company policies
- Ensuring compliance
- Supporting the team with administration
- Some experience in dealing with Section notices 21 & 8
The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:
- Minimum 1 years Lettings or Property Management Experience
- The candidates must have intermediate computer literacy.
- Experience of lettings/property management software packages
- Lettings progression and administration
The hours will be: Three days per week to be agreed from 9.00am - 5.30pm 24 hours per week also including working occasional Saturday's with a day off in the week Salary range will be: £28.000 Pro rata
