Overview:
My client is a busy Construction Company Operating on a vast range of pubs, bars, restaurants and they are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their team in overseeing the administrative operations of missing office. The ideal candidate will be organised, possess strong communication skills, and have a background in office management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office clerical tasks and ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist with Construction Procurement, Minor Bookkeeping, Timesheets etc for Site Based Operatives
- Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and suppliers
- Maintain phone etiquette and handle incoming calls professionally
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Utilise Sage 50 for financial record management
- Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and organised
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an office management role
- Proficiency in office software I.E Excel
- Excellent organisational abilities
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload efficiently
