The brokerage provides expert mortgage and protection advice to clients across the UK, specialising in New Build Mortgages, the brokerage have established a vast range of mortgage products and access to exclusive deals, that enables the team of Mortgage advisers to secure the very best mortgage solution.
Alongside access to exceptional mortgage products, the brokerage also has a customer support team that qualifies all enquiries booking in appointments for the advisors, and a post application administration team to follow up and complete all active cases. This allows the Mortgage Advisory team to dedicate their time to providing an outstanding level to their clients.

The Protection Administration Role
As an Protection Administrator you will be enthusiastic and willing to learn new things. You will serve both the managerial team and other colleagues by efficiently processing tasks/documents, to help them complete their task quickly and effectively. In this role, previous insurance experience is essential.

Protection Administrator Key responsibilities
Chasing Insurance Providers & Solicitors to get updates for our clients
Emailing & calling clients to update them on the status of their application
Using our online system to log all notes & complete tasks on cases
General office admin, post, answering phones

The Protection Administrator Package

  • Office based in Wigston, Leicestershire
  • Basic salary of up to £24k depending on experience + bonus with OTE £26,000
  • Monday - Friday, between 09:00-17:30
  • An option to work alternative weeks 08:00 - 16:30 & 09:00 to 17:30 and the potentially of up to 2 days per week at home after probation
  • 20 days holiday + bank holidays
