Azure Support Specialist - fully remote!
We have a role available for an experienced and driven Azure Support Specialist to work with a fantastic partner who are specialists in the Azure & M365 space. You must have experiance as an escalation point/SME level experience operating at 3rd/4th line support.
As an Azure Support Specialist, you'll be an escalation point for customers relating to their Azure platform. You'll possess broad knowledge across the full Azure stack to provide high level support across a range of complex technical issues. You'll be working as part of an established support function that continues to grow year on year!
Azure Support Specialist - skill set:
- Detailed knowledge of Azure - Managing & maintaining infrustructure as well as Entra, builds, deployments and support.
- Previous/current experience working for an MSP
- Additional knowledge of the Microsoft 365 stack
- Escalation point/SME level experience operating at 3rd/4th line support
