Job description:
- Occupational Therapy assessments of adult patients in their own homes.
- Must have at least 1 year's experience of working in physical dysfunction Occupational within the last two years.
- Essential to have skills in Moving and Handling.
- Experience of working in the community is preferable but not essential.
- Must have full driving license
