We are currently seeking a driven and ambitious Lettings Specialist to join a growing property team. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key role and contribute to expanding the business in response to increased lettings demand.
About the Role:
- You will be working closely with the Director and one other team member initially, supporting all aspects of lettings management.
- The role is ideal for a Senior Negotiator looking to take on greater responsibility or an experienced Manager seeking a new challenge.
- The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape and build their own team within 12-24 months as the business grows.
