Job Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Temporary Registered General Nurse to join our team at a prestigious private hospital in Ledbury, Herefordshire, which specialise in neurological complex care. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to patients with neuro related health conditions, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive and individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Patient Care:
  • Conduct thorough health assessments and evaluations.

  • Develop, implement, and review individualized care plans.

  • Administer medications and monitor their effects.

  • Provide support and counseling to patients and their families.

  • Respond to psychiatric emergencies and provide crisis intervention as needed.

  1. Clinical Duties:
  • Monitor patients' progress and report any changes to the medical team.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

  • Collaborate with psychiatrists/consultants, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.

  • Participate in ward rounds and multidisciplinary team meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification.

  • Licensure: Valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration.
