Purpose of the role:

We are looking for an individual to join our Support Team to provide highly efficient, reliable and proactive support and administrative service to a growing team of over 150 people. Our team is evolving, and we are looking for an individual who we can develop and grow with us.

We are looking for an individual who:

  • Is able to work within a team, ensuring seamless service to the team and wider firm
  • Has a high level of attention to detail and will take ownership of processes and workflows.
  • Has a flexible and professional approach.
  • Is keen to learn and develop new skills.
  • Has initiative and enjoys solving problems.
  • Is self-motivated.
  • Can demonstrate strong communication skills.
  • Can build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Has excellent time management and organisation skills.

Experience of working in a professional environment and experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Teams is essential.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Resource planning, analysis and reporting.
  • Running a variety of reports on Excel, maintaining and updating large data sets.
  • Onboarding new clients to the firm.
  • Onboarding new members to the department.
  • Data management.
  • Updating and editing department reports and templates.
  • Billing support.
  • Building strong relationships with other administrators across the firm to help provide a comprehensive client support service; and
  • Any other ad-hoc support and administration as required.
