Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of a diverse caseload, managing transactions from inception to completion.
- Review and analyse key documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

- Resolve client due diligence issues and legal complexities with confidence and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with unit leaders, colleagues, and external stakeholders throughout transactions.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Conveyancer handling property transactions independently.
