This is a standalone and hands on role that works closely with Senior Management to help achieve and exceed HR business objectives.

THE ROLE:
- Developing, monitoring and implementing people management strategy.
- Develop and implement group HR policies and programmes.
- Ensure all HR policies are up to date and comply with legal regulations.
- Fostering and improving the workplace culture and employee experience within the business.
- Performance management.
- Directing change management and organisational development.
- Managing HR spend.
- Handling Employee Relations.
- Ad-hoc projects/administration tasks as they arise.
THE PERSON:
- A people's person who is passionate about HR and keen to get stuck into a meaty, standalone role.
- Excellent communication, analysis, observation and decision making skills.
- Thorough knowledge of HR Law, recruitment, performance management, rewards & recognition and the impact of HR policy on the business.
- Proven experience and success in a similar role.
DESIRABLE ATTRIBUTES:
- CIPD level 5 or above.
- Knowledge of the Investment Market.
- Minimum 5 years in a similar HR role.
