One of our leading clients is looking for ambitious Data Governance and Management Analyst to join their Data Team to face and work closely with Business Partners and Enterprise Architects to help design data solutions and support the implementation of data controls, policies and compliance and data strategies.

As Data Governance and Management Analyst you will be responsible for:

  • Data analytics - assisting with the development of analytics solutions and creation of dashboards
  • Working closely with stakeholders to understand the business intelligence needs
  • Data management
  • Helping the Data Governance Manager creating the data management and consumption guidelines
  • Engaging with stakeholders across the business to understand the data and analytics requirements
  • Successfully engaging with non-technical stakeholders and translating technical terms into non-technical language
  • Looking after the compliance with IT Governance - creating strategic and operational frameworks, policies, getting involved in decision making processes and plannings to ensure that stakeholders requirements are met
  • Continuous Improvement - looking for opportunities for improvement of data processing and analytics practices

Skills needed to be considered for this opportunity.

  • Prior experience in IT or data related role
  • Experience with data operations
  • Knowledge of data technologies and tools
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of data management, data frameworks and optimisation, analytics
