Description

  • Working closely with the Head of Client Services in a new and exciting function to the business.
  • Provide excellent and professional client service and support.
  • Manage large volumes of queries covering payments, FX and on-boarding.
  • Drive and develop processes and procedures to limit risk and drive client efficiency.
  • Lead the on-boarding of clients ensuring the end-to-end set-up is completed.
  • Perform in depth root cause analysis of queries and generate plans to prevent future reoccurrence.
  • Manage and drive internal and external facing projects to key deadlines.
  • Support the roll out and management of a Query Management System business wide; building and incorporating workflows and SLAs.

Profile

A successful Client Service Officer should have:

  • 1-3 years within client service in a financial services business
  • Understanding of FX, payments and day to day query management
  • A strong educational background in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A keen interest in the technology and telecoms industry.
  • Proven customer service skills.
  • A team-oriented mindset.
  • The ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • A commitment to professional development and learning.
