Description
- Working closely with the Head of Client Services in a new and exciting function to the business.
- Provide excellent and professional client service and support.
- Manage large volumes of queries covering payments, FX and on-boarding.
- Drive and develop processes and procedures to limit risk and drive client efficiency.
- Lead the on-boarding of clients ensuring the end-to-end set-up is completed.
- Perform in depth root cause analysis of queries and generate plans to prevent future reoccurrence.
- Manage and drive internal and external facing projects to key deadlines.
- Support the roll out and management of a Query Management System business wide; building and incorporating workflows and SLAs.
Profile
A successful Client Service Officer should have:
- 1-3 years within client service in a financial services business
- Understanding of FX, payments and day to day query management
- A strong educational background in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen interest in the technology and telecoms industry.
- Proven customer service skills.
- A team-oriented mindset.
