**Overview
We are looking for Finance Apprentices looking to step into their first official finance role!
We have had an incredible Finance Administrator position become available for someone who is looking to take on their first finance role after their apprenticeship. This role here will be an all-rounder finance role looking after both purchase ledger and sales ledger. The ideal person for this role will be part way through, or have recently completed their AAT studies and be looking to take something on a bit more challenging.
The ideal person for this role will have previous experience in purchase ledger (processing invoices, supplier statement reconciliations, query resolution) and sales ledger (creating invoices, matching up payments to the correct invoice when they come in, chasing overdue payments). Also, the ideal person for this role will need to be a strong communicator who is confident with approaching other members of staff to resolve queries. Additionally, this role is looking to begin quite quickly, so please only apply if you are immediately available or on a short notice period.
**Skills required
- Previous experience within finance such as purchase ledger and sales ledger.
- Confident when using Microsoft excel, as this role will have a few tasks that require excel skills.
- Be immediately available or on a short notice period.
- Be an exceptional communicator, with the ability to build relationships with all types of people with ease, this role here involves a lot of face-to-face interactions with customers, employees and external parties.
