EA – Corporate – 9 to 12 months fixed term contract

THE COMPANY: Our client is a top law firm who are seeking a EA to join their Corporate department on a maternity leave cover for 9 to 12 months.
THE ROLE:
- Take full ownership of diaries, managing appointments, meetings and related logistics such as travel
- Managing partners inboxes responding to emails on their behalf, drafting emails and forwardomg critical client emails
- Coordinate the billing process on behalf of the partners ensuring to meet billing deadlines
- Attend meetings and take minutes as required
THE PERSON:
- Experience as an EA supporting multiple partners, within the legal industry
- Experience within the corporate department
- Confident and professional manner with the ability to build strong relationships
- Extensive experience with diary, travel and BD organisational skills
