This is an exciting opportunity to join an energy and engineering consultancy who provide compliance services from design stages to completion of projects. They are on the lookout for an OCDEA to join their energy team with their offices being based in Hertfordshire.
Role responsibilities include:
- Produce SAP assessments and EPC's so that Part L compliance is achieved
- Carry out consultancy and written reports for planning stages so that requirements are met
- Work alongside clients and provide highly technical solutions to meet their sustainability requirements throughout all stages of development
The ideal candidate will have:
- Have an OCDEA qualification through a credible company
- A minimum of 2 years' experience within a SAP assessor or another relevant role within the built environment
- Good understanding and experience with UK building regulations in compliance with Part L
- Experience with SBEM and IES software would be beneficial
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
