GXO are looking for a Data Analyst to join us on our Clicklink contract based in Northampton. Working as a part of the Customer Service team, the data and compliance analyst will be responsible for the collection, organisation and processing of Clicklink's performance data.
This role is being offered on a full-time, 12-month fixed term contract basis, working 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday.

What you'll do on a typical day:
- Create, maintain and manage collation and reporting of business key operational metrics that drive financial performance, such as overtime, agency hours and fuel usage
- Ensure each client has a database, and the customer service team have a robust process for collating the daily performance data, sharing a daily summary of the clients performance
- Attend weekly calls with head of performance and network manager to explain compliance performance, and suggest potential areas for improvement/resolutions
- Responsible for loss and prevention analysis, working with transport and warehouse management to identify trends and patterns, providing formal reports on a monthly basis
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Experience working with large volumes of data from different sources, adapting data to make sure it is fit-for-purpose
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally, with an ability to understand the client's needs and requirements
- Ability to translate data into visuals and the ability to adapt visualisation depending on the audience
- Computer literate and confident with the use of MS Excel
