As a Mechanical Fitter, you will be required to:
- Carry out planned maintenance and repairs of plant and equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications and schedules
- Undertake electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs as required
- Complete maintenance and service documentation in line with company procedures
- Work both in the depot and on-site
- Be willing to travel and work out of hours
Candidate:
- Newly qualified fitter looking to transfer to Rail mounted Plant
- Knowledge of excavators and large plant
- Able to work unsupervised when required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willing to gain additional certifications and undergo mandatory Drug & Alcohol tests
- Full driving licence
- Own tools required (specialised tools will be provided if necessary)
