Sustainability Consultant - Part O Experience

This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning sustainability consultancy who provide highly technical solutions to the construction and property industries. They are currently on the lookout for a Sustainability Consultant to join their Overheating team as an Overheating Assessor.
Role responsibilities for a Sustainability Consultant will include:
- Produce Part O assessments in accordance with CIBSE TM52 and TM59
- Work alongside clients and the project team to ensure sustainability requirements are met
- Use IES software to carry out thermal modelling, overheating and thermal comfort analysis
- Carry out general energy assessments, modelling improvements, and ensure building design is in compliance with Part L
The ideal Sustainability Consultant will have:
- General good level of education with a degree in sustainability or engineering being advantageous
- Proficiency is IES software within a relevant role within the built environment
- Demonstratable experience carrying out overheating analysis using IES-VE software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
