Group Recruitment Resourcer

NB: Please note we are looking for someone to work 25 hours per week (hours negotiable).

Advertised salary is the full time equivalent, so will need to be calculated on a pro-rata basis for 25 hours per week.

As Group Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and engaging with top talent to support growth and success across our organisation.

We will ask you to support on Candidates Assessment days as well as at Job Fairs and other events aimed at attracting new talent to our company.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Sourcing and talent identification – proactively sourcing and identifying potential candidates for Sales and Operational roles through various channels – including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, our internal Applicant Tracking System as well as via your own professional network which you will be building as you go
  • Candidate Engagement – initiate contact with candidates through the phone, e-mail or social media and establish a positive and professional rapport, with the ideal aim of arranging a ‘screening call' with them. Screening candidates to assess suitability (looking at areas such as skill set, experience, qualifications, locations, salary, and cultural fit)
  • Administrative Support – Assist the Recruitment Team in the co-ordination of interviews, assessments, and other recruitment related activities. Maintaining accurate records on Hireful (our Applicant Tracking System / ATS) and other related Reports
  • Market Research – stay informed and present findings of industry trends, competitor analysis, market conditions, related to our industry sector / location. Provide insights and recommendations based on market research to enhance our recruitment strategy.
  • Collaboration with the Recruitment & Talent Team – partner with each Recruiter on every assignment – understanding the needs and priorities of each vacancy. Provide timely and accurate candidate information to the relevant Recruitment Partner
  • Diversity & Inclusion – activity support diversity and inclusion initiatives by sourcing and engaging with candidates from diverse backgrounds. Promoting a culture of diversity within the hiring process and being open minded to consider alternative backgrounds.
  • Wider HR / Recruitment / Talent Project – you will be assigned primarily to the Sales business; however we will require you to participate in Group wider projects and initiatives as and when required

Requirements:

  • Someone who has had Resourcing / Recruitment experience previously (be that in house or agency)
  • Used to working at pace and with a high degree of autonomy and professionalism
  • Happy working remotely from home, with travel to our various office locations as required
  • Strong team player, who can support of wider Group projects as and when required
  • Excellent communication skills
