An innovative and rapidly expanding Construction Consultancy is seeking a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their successful office in central Manchester
The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
This dynamic consultancy has a strong presence nationwide with five offices and over 250 professionals across the UK. Their Manchester team, currently comprising around 10 surveyors, is poised for significant growth, with plans to expand to 15-20 surveyors within the next year.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be an integral part of this thriving Manchester office, contributing to its continued success and expansion.
You will work closely with the Directors, taking on a project delivery role for diverse and high-value projects up to £100 million. These projects span multiple sectors including Education, Health, Heritage, Hotel & Leisure, Industrial, Residential, Retail, and Commercial Offices.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
- Confident running projects independently from inception to completion
- Strong Pre and Post contract experience
- Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying role with a UK Consultancy
- Project Management or Employers Agent experience is highly desirable (or someone with the desire to get involved in more project management)
