We are working with a brilliant manufacturing business who are market leaders in their field and supply their products all over the world. Due to an increased workload, they are looking to recruit and additional Sales Order Processor to be part of a team of five others.
What the Sales Order Processing job involves
- Processing orders on the ERP system once quotes have been accepted
- Liaising with the factory on timescales to production
- Coordination of the exported goods worldwide via courier, air, land and sea
- Completion of all shipping and export documents accurately for each order
- Production of all invoices for customers
- Scanning and allocation of export documents to each order
- Dealing with all telephone and email enquiries
Skills required
- Previous experience from within an Order Processing / Sales Administration based job
- Logistics / Export experience would be advantageous but not essential
- Fully computer literate with MS Word, Outlook and Excel
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal to speak to customers worldwide
- A strong attention to detail and the ability to pick up new systems and processes with ease
- Able to manage your own workload and work as part of a team

- Full time working Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.00 with 30 mins for lunch
