Our client provides financing for claimants seeking justice in consumer protection. The firm utilises data-driven technology to bring efficiency, quality and mitigated risk to the smaller consumer protection industry. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Customer Acquisition to join the leadership team.
The successful candidate should have a strong understanding, experience and network in the small, fast, medium and multi-track claims sector in England and Wales.
Position Overview
This person will be instrumental in driving company growth by actively developing, building, and maintaining relationships with law firms and insurance companies across England and Wales. This role will focus on implementing effective customer acquisition strategies to ensure our client becomes the preferred legal finance partner for consumer protection cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Development and Implementation: Actively identify, engage, and secure partnerships with law firms and insurance companies, driving new business opportunities and revenue growth
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration, satisfaction, and loyalty
- Market Outreach: Conduct direct outreach and networking to expand the partner base within the UK's consumer protection legal sector
- Sales Execution: Build the partnership team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and attract potential partners
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, legal, and finance teams to align customer acquisition efforts with overall company objectives
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse KPI's to assess the effectiveness of customer acquisition activities, providing regular reports to the executive team
Qualifications
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in customer acquisition, business development, or sales within the legal, insurance, or litigation finance sectors
- Demonstrated ability to actively build and manage successful partnerships with law firms and insurance companies, ideally in the consumer protection sector
- Extensive network of industry contacts in the consumer protection legal sector
- Deep understanding of the litigation finance industry, consumer protection litigation, and the legal landscape in the UK
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Marketing, or a related field.
