Warehouse Operative
Meridian is seeking a Warehouse Operative for one of our clients in Cheltenham at their bustling manufacturing facility. The role includes general warehouse duties and stock administration, with opportunities for long-term career progression within the company.
Hours:
Monday to Thursday 7.30am - 4.30pm and Friday 7.30am - 12.30pm
with overtime available

Warehouse Operative duties will include:
- Receipt and unpacking of product into department;
- Completing related paperwork;
- Stock checks and cycle counting;
- Picking and delivering stock items to factory shop floor;
- Working with a SAP/WMS system to book components in/out of area;
- Support other warehouse operatives.
Skills/experience required:
- Previous experience in a similar role;
- Previous experience with SAP / WMS and strong Office skills;
- A strong level of literacy and numeracy (counting out items, checking part numbers, completing paperwork);
- Keen eye-for-detail;
- Experience working with powered pallet truck and lifting equipment would be advantageous but are not essential for this role
- Please note a 5 year work referencing period is essential for this role.
