A leading provider in the professional hair and beauty industry in the UK is seeking a passionate Head of Digital Marketing to lead a team of digital professionals.

Key Purpose: To plan and deliver the company's digital strategy to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve individual, team, and company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop the customer experience and engagement strategy, leading all engagement activity across digital media.
  • Manage strategic planning, SEO, PPC, social media, email advertising, and PR to achieve channel-specific objectives.
  • Increase sessions, Average Order Value (AOV), and conversion rates to meet KPIs.
  • Develop and oversee the content strategy to ensure alignment with the brand and resonance with the target audience.
  • Create and manage the monthly content calendar for email and social activity across all channels to meet budgeted levels.
  • Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support.
  • Manage the launch of new brands in line with the agreed schedule.
  • Analyze marketing activity results, report KPIs and ROI, and maximize customer acquisition and sales conversion.
  • Stay aware of new digital marketing technologies and tools, evaluating their potential for the organization.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of web analytics tools.
  • Thorough understanding of SEO and experience using SEMrush/Ahrefs.
  • Experience with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
  • Great understanding of customer and market behavior and the ability to adapt to change.

Hours of Work:

  • 39 hours per week.
  • Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 5.00pm.
  • Friday: 8.30am – 4.00pm.
