Our client, an Education Charity in Edinburgh, is seeking an Administrator to support their freshest project. This exciting opportunity involves a wide range of administrative duties, including calendar management, event organisation, and HR support. The Role:

As an Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting our clients current project. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the project's activities. This will include implementing policies and procedures, managing calendars, organising events, and providing HR and IT support. Your exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure will be vital in this fast-paced role. As part of a small, dedicated team, you will also have the opportunity to adapt to changing priorities and contribute to the project's success.

Essential Requirements/Skills:

  • Previous administration experience, including calendar management and scheduling
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in minute-taking
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Ability to coordinate and organise events
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and reliability
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Discretion and trustworthiness
  • Familiarity with Canva and Campaign Monitor (desirable)
  • Experience with databases (desirable)
  • Ability to work remotely and attend weekly team meetings in Edinburgh
