Some of your duties will include:
- Providing customer support on a busy helpdesk by handling enquiries over the telephone and via email
- Establishing nature of customer enquiry, assisting where possible and escalating issue when necessary
- Developing strong working relationships with customers and understanding their maintenance requirements
- Setting up jobs to be completed by engineering team on the computer system
- Allocating jobs to team of Engineers and tracking jobs through to completion
- Logging details of all calls managed onto the computer system and recording the support provided
