Hybrid - 3 days in the office & 2 days working from home
Key Responsibilities:
- Ringing Shared Business Services, Local Health Boards, Councils and private funders, to chase overdue debt.
- Resolve any queries which may arise both internally or externally.
- Update sales ledger debtors report with comments, call references and dates which the calls were made to keep a detailed log.
- Provide information/copy invoices as requested
- Liaise with our contracts and referrals team if there are queries on rates.
- Credit and re-invoice if necessary or pass to the relevant site sales ledger administrator
- Update the cash forecast.
- Run debtors listing report weekly - uses VLOOKUP formula
Skills and Experience needed
- B2B Credit Control
- Intermediate Excel - V/H Lookups & Pivot tables - ESSENTIAL
