Credit Controller

An opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to join a successful business in Borehamwood. This is a great role for someone wishing to join an excellent company offering continuous career development and amazing benefits.

Hybrid - 3 days in the office & 2 days working from home

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ringing Shared Business Services, Local Health Boards, Councils and private funders, to chase overdue debt.
  • Resolve any queries which may arise both internally or externally.
  • Update sales ledger debtors report with comments, call references and dates which the calls were made to keep a detailed log.
  • Provide information/copy invoices as requested
  • Liaise with our contracts and referrals team if there are queries on rates.
  • Credit and re-invoice if necessary or pass to the relevant site sales ledger administrator
  • Update the cash forecast.
  • Run debtors listing report weekly - uses VLOOKUP formula

Skills and Experience needed

  • B2B Credit Control
  • Intermediate Excel - V/H Lookups & Pivot tables - ESSENTIAL
