We are currently seeking a dedicated Factory Worker to join our client's team. As a Factory Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the production processes.
You will be required to assemble copper and brass lanterns, be it a new bespoke lantern or a restoration project. This will include cutting and installing glass or polycarbonate glazing panels, drilling and installing fittings and installing electric or gas lighting fixtures.
Picking, packing and boxing delicate lanterns and components for shipping all over the world. Following installation procedures and diagrams, as well as being a part of the creation of assembly diagram procedures.

Hours:
Monday – Friday 7.30am – 4pm
Duties:
- Operating machinery and equipment on the factory floor
- Assembling products according to specifications
- Inspecting finished products for quality assurance
- Packing and labelling products for shipment
- Following health and safety guidelines at all times
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform manual labour tasks
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
