The Commercial Litigation Solicitor's role

The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor will manage a varied caseload across Commercial, Civil, and Property Litigation. With a strong commercial acumen, the Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be expected to grow the department and promote the success of the firm both internally and externally. This role offers excellent growth opportunities within an environment that values collaboration and support among team members and other departments.

The Commercial Litigation Solicitor

  • Ideally 2+ years PQE as a confident and skilled litigator
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and strategy skills
