Day-to-day of the role:
- Engage in crisis intervention and trauma-informed therapeutic care.
- Participate in and facilitate recreational activities tailored to the children's interests, such as cinema visits, swimming, and sports.
- Ensure the highest quality residential care is consistently provided.
- Support the personal development and well-being of each child.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Level 3/4 qualification in Residential Childcare.
- Proven experience working in Children's Residential Care.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Applicants must be over 21 years of age due to industry regulations.
