Role Responsibilities
- Managing a varied portfolio of audit clients across a wide range of industries
- Leading and supervising audit teams through the full audit process, from planning to completion
- Reviewing audit files to ensure compliance with UK audit regulations and high-quality standards
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for all audit-related queries
- Supporting and mentoring junior staff, providing guidance and helping them progress in their careers
- Identifying opportunities for business development and contributing to the firm's growth strategy

Candidate Requirements
- ACA or ACCA qualified, with substantial experience in audit within a UK accountancy practice
- Proven ability to manage a client portfolio and deliver high-quality audit services
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring junior staff
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- In-depth knowledge of UK audit regulations and standards
