Solicitor - Real Estate - Landlord & Tenant

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Real Estate Solicitor, with specialist knowledge in Landlord and Tenant matters, to work for an award-winning firm, providing expert legal advice and representation across various sectors. This role involves a varied caseload, including general acquisition and disposal work, and offers the opportunity for career advancement within a dynamic legal team.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Advise on all aspects of Landlord and Tenant Real Estate work, including acquisitions, disposals, lease renewals, relocations, lease management, rent reviews, and property refinancing.
  • Work on the property aspects of business acquisitions, sales, and reorganisations in collaboration with our Corporate team.
  • Operate independently on complex and specialised matters, as well as collaborate with a team of legal professionals.
  • Provide excellent client care and maintain strong communication throughout all stages of legal proceedings.
  • Engage in marketing and networking activities to support business development and cultivate new opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Solicitor specialising in Landlord and Tenant matters.
  • Ability to handle a varied caseload with a high degree of independence.
  • Strong client care and communication skills.
  • A focus on marketing and networking for business development
