I am currently partnering with a London market client who is seeking to hire a
Technical Business Analyst/Solutions Analyst
on a permanent basis, with a salary of up to £85,000, depending on experience.
All candidates must have prior experience in the insurance industry
and
experience implementing hx Renew
along with
proficiency in Python
Experience Required:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis within the London Specialty Insurance industry.
- Skilled in documenting Use Cases, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Strong expertise in process analysis, data modeling, and data analytics using SQL and Excel.
- Extensive knowledge of RESTful APIs.
- Intermediate knowledge of Python, including relevant libraries and frameworks.
- Proven experience implementing hx: Renew.
- Familiarity with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proactive and organized, with the ability to plan work details and ensure delivery.
- A keen eye for detail, critical thinking, and asking the right questions.
- Strong problem analysis skills, including identifying root causes and understanding their impact on systems/data.
- Comfortable investigating application configurations and mapping them to business processes.
