Digital Experience Manager

Broster Buchanan are partnered with a FTSE 250 business in the corporate events/exhibitions space who are looking to recruit a Digital Experience Manager due to continued business growth. This is an exciting new role at a growing business and will work with a number of market leading brand names.

The role is being offered on an FTC basis until the end of the year with the view to take the person onboard permanently after, although this isn't guaranteed. On offer is a salary of £55k - £65k (pro rata) and a very flexible working pattern with the option to work as little as once per month in their London office and the rest remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Own customer experience projects for the brands you will cover
  • Own A/B testing (email, web, landing page, forms) current and backlog projects
  • Work with the Marketing Automation team to plan and execute your nurture campaigns partnering with your brands
  • Work with the Analytics team to identify key opportunities to improve CRO/Web performance and customer experience
  • Translate high-level strategic priorities and opportunities into structured projects with clear KPIs and action plans for key functions
  • Confirm and establish measurement and review CX indicators on a regular basis with senior stakeholders of each function and agree actions to close performance gaps and drive customer centric decision making
  • Manage cross-functional projects and manage mission teams to ensure fast realisation of the value for customers pragmatic execution including piloting/experimentation and effective roll-out
  • May line manage 1 UX Designer in the future, but will be hands on initially

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience in Marketing project management and/or lead generation activities
  • Experience of project-management in large-scale organisations with digital mindset and/or consulting experience
  • Strong experience in A/B testing and CX tools and processes across the whole customer journey
  • Experience of Marketo is a must to leverage platform for best practices in digital marketing
  • Salesforce experience would be an advantage
  • Proven track record of managing and influencing a group of diverse stakeholders at different levels of organisation, internal and external collaboration
