We are currently seeking a dedicated and diligent individual to join our team as a School Cleaner. This temporary position offers the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The role is crucial in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our students and staff.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day
- Start Date: ASAP
- Opportunity to secure a permanent contract
Day to Day of the role:
- Ensure all classrooms, hallways, and common areas are clean, tidy, and sanitary.
- Follow a cleaning schedule and checklist to perform daily tasks efficiently.
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the school management.
- Replenish bathroom supplies and manage waste disposal.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
- Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks within the allotted time.
- A proactive approach to identifying areas that require cleaning.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
