Due to continued growth and the securing of major projects, my client is looking to hire an additional mechanical design engineer to join their highly skilled engineering team. My client is a global organisation at the forefront of their sector, with multiple facilities in the UK and abroad.
The successful candidate will be involved in every stage of product development. You will play a pivotal role in the Design, R&D and Production of high precision products, in this varied and technically interesting role. You will be developing state of the art products for companies operating in some of most highly regulated engineering sectors. Full product training will be provided.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a motivated engineer, looking to develop their skillset in a precision engineering company, that is offering lots of training and development.

The Role:
- Using Inventor and AutoCAD
- Conceptual design, detail design and testing
- FEA
- External courses provided where necessary i.e Ansys Training
The Candidate:
- Must live a commutable distance from Ferndown
- Previous experience in a mechanical design role is essential
- Holds a Mechanical Engineering degree or similar qualification
