Reed is seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager with a proven track record in B2B marketing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will be part of a close-knit team of four, driving our marketing and communications strategy to new heights.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Lead the creation of marketing materials, manage projects, and ensure brand consistency.
- Forge strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through successful marketing initiatives.
- Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Create and manage a content calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven B2B marketing experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills and experience working within a small team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to develop strategic marketing plans and oversee their implementation.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and content management systems.
