**Role Overview:
- Position: CAMHS Practitioner
- Band: 7
- Location: West Midlands (Coventry)
- Duration: 3 months (ongoing)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00
- Start Date: ASAP
- Pay Rate: £30 per hour
**A Day in the Life of an RMN
As a specialist in CAMHS, you'll play a crucial role in the care and well-being of young patients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Community Visits: Conducting regular check-ins to ensure patients' needs are met.
- Medication Administration: Providing daily medication to treat patients' conditions.
- Patient Interaction: Engaging with patients to understand their conditions, monitor progress, and identify any setbacks.
- Risk Assessments: Performing assessments to ensure patient safety and creating a secure treatment environment.
**What You Bring:
- NMC Registration: Active registration as a mental health nurse.
- Community Experience: Proven experience in community settings.
- Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate effectively and work under pressure.
- Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to Care: A strong dedication to providing the highest quality of care for patients.
- Must be a car driver with access to your own vehicle.
