Description
- Monitor and analyse regulatory developments relevant to our business and ensure timely implementation of necessary changes.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
- Support the development and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory reports.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance matters.

Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in a compliance role, preferably within the financial services or fintech sector.
- Strong understanding of UK financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
