As they expand their global footprint, they are looking for a Qualified, FP&A Analyst to join their UK based finance team.

The FP&A Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the business financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes. This role involves close collaboration with various departments, providing valuable insights that drive strategic initiatives and business performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly analytical, has strong experience in financial modelling along with having strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning.
  • Perform variance analysis comparing actual results to forecasts/budgets and identify key drivers of performance.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.
  • Develop and enhance financial models to support decision-making.
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, provide financial insights, and support strategic initiatives.

What you will need -

To be an ACCA Finalist OR ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified professional with over 2 years analytical experience. Experience in a global company or a fast-growing environment is highly desirable but not essential.
