We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor to join their dynamic team. Role and Responsibilities:
As a Civil Litigation Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters. Your duties will include:
- Managing a variety of civil litigation cases from inception to conclusion, including boundary disputes, personal injury (PI) matters, debt recovery, and a small number of employment matters.
- Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients.
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence.
- Conducting negotiations and settlement discussions.
- Representing clients in court hearings and tribunals.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in civil litigation.
- Proven track record of managing a varied caseload independently.
- Strong advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent client care skills with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
