We are embarking on an exciting programme of transformation and seeking someone with change communications expertise to join our team to develop and deliver our transformation communications strategy and plan.

In this role, you will make sure communications and engagement around our Transformation Programme are excellent, people-centric, consistent and choreographed.

We are looking for someone who has experience of leading Internal Communications for large change and transformation projects.

Key deliverables

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy that effectively communicates our transformation programme goals, objectives, and benefits to all stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the project team to understand the changes being implemented and develop messaging that is clear, concise, and tailored to the needs of each stakeholder group.
  • Work with colleagues in internal communications to identify the most appropriate communication channels, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed and engaged throughout the lifespan of the transformation.
  • Manage resistance to change and ensure the project is delivered with widespread employee engagement and a seamless transition to the new ways of working.
  • Develop a comprehensive stakeholder engagement plan and work closely with the project team to identify different stakeholder groups to tailor messages and engagement accordingly.

What you'll need

  • Experience leading internal communications for large change and transformation projects
  • Relevant Internal Communications experience gained in large complex organisations with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of current thinking in Human Resources/ IC issues and trends and evidence of continuing professional development
